Hey there! If you're here that's because you're interested in commissioning me, so thank you in advance! Here's the info you need to do so, every single one is important, please don't skip any of em :D ★

Commissions will only be accepted thru a google forms link I will post when opening them!! If you didn't get to this link thru an opening or I didn't link this page to you myself, then commissions are closed.

Orders thru discord DMs will only be taken from either really close friends or old customers that already commission me via DMs since long ago. You know who you are, and you're always welcome to do so :) love ya and thank you for your support all these years ♥

If you wish to contact me, I'm sadly a ghost so I'm not really anywhere all the time. You can, however join this discord server for any updates you might need. I host most of my comm openings in here, usually slots get taken before I post them anywhere else.

☆ ToS ☆

My art is for personal use only. I do not accept my art being of commercial use: merch of any kind, stickers for sale, printed on anything that might be sold, etc. I do however accept for it to be used for personal use (stickers for yourself, printing the art on a cup for yourself, etc etc etc). COMMERCIAL USE PRICES CAN BE DISCUSSED, you can send an email to [email protected] for a quoteI do not mind for my art to be used as icons / banners / pagedolls / decoration / emotes / alerts on streaming matters.I do not like my art to be edited/drawn over/traced WITHOUT PERMISSION. If you need something to be edited on any commissioned piece, please do let me know. I don't mind doing small edits for free if I've messed up, or doing add ons/edits for a small fee if your commission needs updating for any design changes in the future. If you wish to make the edit yourself, let me know. There might be some things I'm not comfortable with and I will decline. You will accept this.I'm okay with my art being used in animation (tweening, etc) but let me know first so I can be aware.

☆ Rules (IMPORTANT) ☆

  • Payment: Any payment will be made thru PayPal. I will invoice you myself OR send you a PayPal.me link if I trust you enough (you've bought from me before multiple times). Payment is made beforehand. I do NOT accept split payments (half first/half when I'm done, etc.). I only accept split payments If they're made before I start working (ex. You don't have enough right now so I will invoice you with a split payment option, you can pay it in parts, and after you're done paying I will add you to my to do and start when I get to your spot in my to do list.). This last option will only be possible for clients I trust. (Friends, old commissioners, etc). DO NOT SEND THE MONEY YOURSELF IF I DIDN'T GIVE YOU PERMISSION FIRST. You might be sending it to the wrong address and that money won't be refunded.

  • Timeframes/Deadlines: I am a slow, constantly sick and injured (I have a bad wrist) artist. I do not work with timeframes or deadlines (If any deadline must be stablished [birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, etc], make sure to let me know beforehand so I can decline if I don't think I will make it. DO NOT establish a deadline by yourself without letting me know). My commissioned pieces can be delivered from days to months. This is not an exaggeration. Please make sure you're aware and you are willing to wait whatever it takes. I allow changes to be applied to orders if I'm taking too long (change of references, characters, splitting a big order into smaller pieces. Ex. Exchanging a custom order for sketch headshots instead.) . If you know you are paranoid, do NOT commission me. It can be very taxing for both of us and I don't have the energy for that.

  • Refunds/Chargebacks: I DO NOT FORGIVE CHARGEBACKS! Any chargeback that might happen, will immediately go into my blacklist, meaning you won't be able to commission me ever again. I also do not forgive forceful refunds. If I ever refund someone is because I've suggested it after noticing I won't be able to finish their order.

  • WIPS: Every order has a wip assured unless stated, meaning I won't be giving you a final piece without handing a wip first. Every kind of commission has a wip attached to it. My commission workflow is the following: First I let you know I'm about to work on your order just in case you'd need any changes/updates to do in your references. Next, I will show you a wip, usually to confirm face expression/personality/details are in place (sometimes really rough wips come in first if it's a fullbody or anything bigger than an Icon, to check if posing is alright). Then, after wips are approved, I will go ahead and line/color/shade your order and finally message you with the final piece. Regarding to customs, these also include rough, pose/expression, clothing, and color wips. These need to be approved before I get to finish the piece.

  • Changes/Redraws: Since the commission form you have to fill includes pose/expression/details, any changes I will accept to do are expression changes. Any other changes will only be made if I'm the one who got them wrong. (Ex. You told me to add something and I forgot to do it. I got the pose wrong even if you gave me a ref for it. I got the hairstyle wrong. I followed the wrong reference, etc.). Any other kind of changes, redraws, etc. Will be done only after a fee has been paid for it. If the changes are too complex or drastic I will probably decline and we will have to stick to the original order. Please have this in mind when filling the Commission Order Form. Again, I wont redraw any wips if a description of what you wanted for it wasnt given beforehand. If you really really want something different, we can talk about a re-draw fee to be added to the payment. After sketch has been approved, no changes will be applied unless I'm the one who messed up (forgot a detail in the clothing, markings are missing, i forgot to color something, etc)

  • COMMUNICATION: Due to this being already tested and ending up working wonderfully for me, communication will only be handled via e-mail. NOT VIA DM. If you need to tell me something important and I haven't checked my mail in about a week, you can ping me on discord ( in the booping channel ) and I will get back to you asap. You have full permission for that. Do not ping me for commission updates UNLESS ive taken a good chunk of months or we stablishes a deadline and I didn't message you in due time. For the password this time, youn are going to tell me a random color. Any works for me :)

☆ Prices and samples ☆

and the ones with the "+" symbol mean they might go up depending of character complexity

IMPORTANT:

  • my style regarding tinys may vary or change since its not consistent at all, character might end up more chibi than expected with the tiny category. If you want to avoid them looking too chibi or simplified i recommend you purchasing the cheeb option instead. Humanoid characters are experimental in tinys.

  • binary type commissions are experimental color palette wise. Make sure to let me know if you want the OG palette to be used instead

  • as previously said, prices will increase depending on complexity of the character. The price shown is the absolute base price, meaning they are applied to low detailed characters.

  • Things that might increase the price on commissions are: wings, chains, mechanical parts, armor, multiple clothing layers, accessories like wands, detailed helmets and guns. If the character is too detailed for me (or i feel like i will struggle a lot to drawing it) i will probably decline your order :(

☆ Commission Form ☆

After reading the previous ones and finding the password for ordering, heres the things i will need you to have on you when you want to place an order:

Illustrations:

Visual references: Photos, drawings, screenshots. Any of these are good. They have to show the character itself. I do not work with descriptive text + collage of separate pictures to design a character out of it! That's called a "custom design" and It has its own pricing.Color accurate references: This one is very important since I'm partially colorblind, so I colorpick from my references to be able to color my commissions accurately. If you send me a reference with a huge watermark that covers the drawing, or a picture with a color palette that is not what the character really looks like, I won't be able to take out the colors from it ;(Expression/pose description: you can leave it up to me! but remember i do not redraw wips (except to change expressions if i got it wrong) so its up to you to let me know exactly how you want your character to be drawn. If you don't know/can't decide what you want, you can talk to me about their personality and I can come up with something myself.Extra: Let me know if you have any headcanons for faceshape or bodytypes if the references don't show it well. I pay attention to facial features when I'm doing non-chibi art

Custom characters:
Species: Just the species you'd like :) (Ex. "Human") If its a closed species I will need proof of MYO slot ownership or permission from the species owner. And also, of course, the species guide so I can work with that.Appearance details: A small description of stuff you'd like me to take on account while designing. Be sure to include anything that you might see important. Facial features, contexture, gender if desired, body type, body features. I pay attention to all of these. (Ex. "I want a tall looking girl, slighty buffy perhaps. I'm including refs of the facial features I was thinking for her and some hairstyles you could play with. I also want her to have a scar across the left side of her face"). If you dont give me any specific detail regarding bodytypes, face features or body features, i might stick with my default ones, which tend to be more on the slender/thin side.Personality: If you don't have a personality worked out, you can just let me know of any expression you'd like the character to have.Colors you'd like: If theres a certain color palette you'd like me to use please drop it here! This is important since I'm partially colorblind so I might get it wrong if you just give me the exact colors you want by name. If you don't have any specific colors you'd like for the character, you can tell me the kind of colors you like (Ex."I love yellow and off whites")Colors you would NOT like: Colors you are not happy with in your designs (Ex. "No neon greens or pinks")Hairstyle: You can give me exact references or be vague about it/leave it to me.Clothes: any outfit you'd like them to wear. You can leave it up to me if you wish.
